A “behind the scenes” upgrade was installed to your site this past spring. Our research into website security revealed that all websites in 2020 should have a SSL Certificate. The process was completed and now your site has a Domain Verified (DV) Secure Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) installed, it encrypts messages or sensitive information collected on your site.
Google, in fact, was marking sites that do not have a certificate as “not secure” in the address area. This was a sign that we had to get on the “band wagon” and comply. The certificates were secured by Accentweb and installed on your site for no extra cost to you for one year.
Additionally Google announced that sites without a certificate would be deemed “non compliant” and would therefore perform lower on search engine ranking if no SSL Certificate was present.

Therefore, now you should see the “lock” icon similar to the one shown above if using Chrome or Firefox browsers.
Your SSL Certificate will automatically renew in April 2020 for a discounted fee of $100/year.
